CCAT & Spring Technologies will host a Technical Seminar

Connecticut Center for Advanced Technology and Spring Technologies will host a technical Seminar on NCSIMUL Machine

NCSIMUL Machine is considered the most advanced CNC realistic machine simulation solution for simulating, verifying, optimizing, and reviewing machining programs based on the real characteristics of an NC machine (machining, drilling, riveting). 3D graphics help to avoid machining crashes while powerful algorithms and embedded process‐based know‐how enable cutting
conditions optimization, and standardization of the shop‐floor documentation. It verifies NC programs in three steps: investigates and corrects coding errors, simulates to locate collisions and correct motion errors, and validates the NC program.

The first half of the seminar will include a classroom session highlighting software capabilites
and step by step instruction for setting up machine simulations. The second half will include
an on machine demonstration showing the benefits of machine verification including a side by
side comparison with an NCSIMUL simulation.

Learn about:
> Reducing the time spent on debugging your NC programs
> Prolonging the life of your expensive hardware (cutting tools and NC machines)
> Optimizing cutting conditions and thereby reducing machine time

SPRING Technologies adds real-time synchronization to NCSIMUL Player version 9.2

NCSIMUL Player Synchro, a major technological breakthrough for Industry 4.0

SPRING Technologies, vendor of solutions that maximize the productivity of NC machine tools, announces NCSIMUL Player 9.2, the dedicated viewer for NCSIMUL Machine, its realistic machining simulation solution. The new version, featuring real-time synchronization, was rewarded at the latest Industrie Paris trade show.

“We recently announced version 9.2 of NCSIMUL Machine with new modules”, says Olivier Bellaton, Managing Director of SPRING Technologies.

“Today we are proud to bring our customers NCSIMUL Player 9.2 and its “Synchro” option enabling them to connect a tablet to a machine tool and simulate a machining operation in real time. NCSIMUL Player Synchro embodies the vision for manufacturers that we defined more than two years ago: to provide ergonomic software solutions for machining and reduce the gap between the digital and real worlds. This is what we call the NCEXPERIENCE®.”

What is NCSIMUL Player?
NCSIMUL Player is a free 3D viewer that enables NC users to simply and quickly share machining jobs in 3D. More than just a viewer, it brings the NC operators and other stakeholders on the shop floor, a fully interactive, collaborative and mobile experience with the NC program linked to the machining simulation.

A machine operator needs to analyze, manipulate and interact with a NC machine and anticipate the constraints of the production environment. NCSIMUL Player associates the power of 3D with hands-on professional functionality, bringing extra assets to the shop floor. Version 9.2, in addition to being a free viewer, offers the SPRING Technologies user community a new licensed module, NCSIMUL Player Synchro 9.2.
Innovating capabilities:
·        Integration of new technologies;
·     Real-time synchronization of real and virtual machining processes, bringing NC operators and shop managers unrivalled comfort to control their machines (accurate digital view of the machine context, simultaneous access to instructions, all synchronized with the real execution of the NC program) and full mobility;

·         Unique user experience.

Cimquest announced its offical partnership with Spring Technologies for G Code Simulation

On October 7th, 2014 CIMQUEST announced its official partnership with Spring Technologies and its flagship product NCSIMUL on G-Code Simulation.  This took place at their biggest reseller event (Mastercam Roll-Out) in Northern Massachusetts.

Over 60 people attended from across New England.

"In an opening speech CEO & President Rob Hassold spoke about the new goals and ways that CIMQUEST will go into the market focusing fully into Manufacturing solutions and Technologies. They could not be happier to work with Spring Technologiessince NCSIMUL is indeed the most powerful and advanced G-Code Simulator that is out there. NCSIMUL is a great fit for their manufacturing solutions and fulfills the solutions they are able to provide to their customers and future clients." Cedric Hasenfratz, Spring Technologies

On October 23 CIMQUEST is celebrating their additional location of their new Headquarters in Branchburg NJ. There will be another announcement and presentation of Spring Technologies and NCSIMUL. The team from Spring Technologies will have 20 minutes to present NCSIMUL and talk about this great partnership.

Expected audience will be over 300 customers. Spring Technologies will be having an exhibitor table throughout the Open House.
